This project showcases my design process for enhancing REVER’s returns portal.
OBJECTIVE: Create a user-friendly, engaging return experience.
PROBLEM: The current prototype lacks clarity and brand alignment, leading to potential user confusion.
SOLUTION: Develop a refined design in two phases:

1.Lo-Fi /Medium-Fi Wireframes: Focus on user flow and information.
2.Hi-Fi Design: Provide detailed visuals and interactivity
OUTCOME: A streamlined, visually appealing portal that aligns with REVER’s brand identity and enhances user experience.
Conclusion: This design prioritizes user experience, clarity, and a seamless return activation flow. The phases contribute to a user-centric approach, aiming for high conversion rates.
