Working within Telefónica's innovation lab to explore emerging technologies and translate experimental ideas into viable digital products. Most work is under NDA.
Challenge
Taking raw, experimental technology and turning it into something usable and consistent. Projects involved high ambiguity, multiple stakeholders across departments, and the need to maintain a cohesive design language while moving fast.
Solution
Applied a research-driven process to validate and build early-stage products. Designed MVPs to test new business models quickly. Conducted user testing and service blueprinting to ground innovation in real user needs. Defined interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration including prompt design, feedback loops, and data visualization. Built flexible UI frameworks that let the team iterate without losing brand consistency.
Impact
Prototypes and research directly informed the roadmap of several digital initiatives. Improved handoff between the innovation lab and production teams for projects moving into development.
