Redesigning and optimizing the digital presence for Jaase, an Australian bohemian fashion brand. The goal was to elevate their e-commerce experience while preserving the family-run, free-spirited essence of a brand built on 12 years of history.
Challenge
Transitioning a successful family business into a global digital platform without losing its "hand-crafted" heart. The challenge was to create an online experience that felt as effortless and feminine as the clothing itself, ensuring that the brand’s signature prints and soft, natural fabrics were the center of the customer’s journey.
Solution
Developed an intuitive e-commerce architecture that mirrors the brand’s "slip on and go" philosophy. Designed high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to prioritize mobile-first navigation, allowing for seamless browsing through seasonal collections. Implemented a streamlined Shopify store that balances visual storytelling using rich photography to emphasize fabric texture and print detail with a frictionless path-to-purchase. Optimized the user flow to allow customers to easily transition from discovery to checkout, maintaining a romantic and authentic brand voice throughout.
Impact
Successfully scaled the digital storefront to serve a global community of women who resonate with the brand's bohemian lifestyle. Improved site usability, resulting in a more cohesive and accessible shopping experience that reinforces Jaase’s reputation for timeless, flattering, and easy-to-wear pieces.
