Redesigning MiFID II compliance platforms for global banking clients translating complex financial regulation into clear, usable interfaces for advisors and end-users.
Challenge
Neuroprofiler builds financial profiling tools used by banking institutions across Europe. The work focused on two platforms Eduprofiler and Recoprofiler where the main challenge was making dense regulatory data understandable without losing its precision.
MiFID II compliance involves a lot of data that is both technical and legally sensitive. The existing interfaces created friction for financial advisors during client onboarding and risk profiling.
Solution
Redesigned the information architecture of both platforms to reduce cognitive load for advisors. Built modular UI components for back-office dashboards and simplified how risk assessment data is displayed keeping it accurate but easier to scan and act on.
Impact
Reduced operational errors in internal workflows. Delivered a consistent UI across Eduprofiler and Recoprofiler that meets compliance requirements without sacrificing usability.
